Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I get login access to the system? A: Check with your GSC Interactive Administrator that you have been added to the system and if so what your login details are. If your system uses the New User Sign Up option you can sign up to GSC Interactive using the "New User" link on the left, above the "User Login" panel. Q: I have no units left to train with - how do I get more units? A: Ask your GSC Interactive Administrator to check that there are enough units remaining either in your area or the company account balance. The Administrator can check this using "System Information" in the Administration Menu. Q: I can't see a module to train on - what can I do? A: Ask your GSC Interactive Administrator to check that you have the correct access to all modules you have been asked to complete. The Administrator can find this by looking at the module access for each group using "User Management" in the Administration Menu. Q: Can I view, save or re-print my certificate for a module? A: You can view, save or re-print a certificate for any module you have completed and passed by clicking on the "My Training Record" link found under the Users Menu on the left menu bar. This will list all the modules you have completed and you can see the certificates by clicking on the icon in the Certificate section under each module name.
